First update for Pipin Lefrog

Ok... So I still will keep a test file up for Pipin Lefrog up.  Note that this is still a test file and doesn't represent the final product. I still have a long list of things to do when it comes to developing this game.  I still have to implement graphics (and fix animation-wise), recompose that racing song (it just doesn't cut it for me, I just hate it for some reason...), and add sound effects.  However, the engine needs a few updates made to it so that certain things would display properly.

Right now, that's all the progress that I have to share, I'm going to work on this as often as I can!! So until the next devlog update!!! LATER!!!
